Important Dates & Deadlines
Fall 2025 Start
August 1, 2024
Students may begin their application for fall 2025 admission to BW.
November 1, 2024
First-year priority application deadline that gives students additional consideration for admission and scholarships.
Deadline to participate in November auditions for the Conservatory of Performing Arts (including the acting BFA program). Students need to have submitted their audition fee by this date, though auditions are on a first-come basis and many audition dates fill well in advance.
December 1, 2024
Students may begin filing their FAFSA application for financial aid.
December 2, 2024
Deadline for eligible fall 2025 students to have visited campus and qualify for the BW Visit Grant.
December 9, 2024
Fall Conservatory (includes acting BFA) audition decisions are released. Students who have completed their application and audition will begin receiving admission decisions by email.
January 15, 2025
Conservatory of Performing Arts (including the acting BFA program) application and audition fee deadline to audition in January or February 2025. Audition slots assigned on a first-come basis and many audition dates fill well in advance.
March 4, 2025
Spring Conservatory (includes acting BFA) audition decisions are released. Students who have completed their application and audition will begin receiving admission decisions by email. Conservatory students who have filed the FAFSA will begin receiving their financial aid packages within approximately two weeks.
May 1, 2025
Priority deposit deadline to enroll at BW for fall 2025. Please note: Deposits are refundable until the priority deposit deadline but not thereafter.
July 1, 2025
Student deadline to submit final high school transcript if attending BW for fall 2025.
August 1, 2025
Transfer application deadline for August orientation session.
August 25, 2025
The start of classes. First-year application and transfer application deadline for fall 2025 enrollment.
